Kitchen with fresh and genuine products

The chefs in our kitchen take care of every detail in each preparation, personally supervising the meticulous work carried out by the team. All the dishes that come out of the kitchen at Ristorante Il Pozzale are made with full respect for historical recipes and the gastronomic tradition of the island.


We only use local and organic agricultural products, freshly caught fish, and DOP and IGP raw materials.
